Shipping policy

Pets in Detail currently sells personalised digital pet life archives.

Digital delivery

All current products are delivered electronically by email. No physical item is posted, and no shipping charge applies.

Customers must provide a valid email address when placing an order.

Creation time

We aim to deliver the completed digital archive within 14 business days after receiving:

• the completed questionnaire;
• all required photographs;
• any other information needed to create the archive.

The creation period does not begin until all required materials have been received.

Proof and final delivery

One proof and one round of reasonable corrections are included.

After approval, the finished archive will be supplied as a digital PDF by email.

Delays

If information or photographs are supplied late, incomplete or unusable, delivery may be delayed.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact the customer using the email address supplied with the order.

Printed keepsakes

Printed keepsakes are not currently available for purchase. When introduced, printing costs, postage charges and estimated delivery times will be clearly stated before checkout.
