Refund policy

Pets in Detail creates personalised digital pet life archives using information, photographs and memories supplied by the customer.

Because each archive is custom-made and work may begin soon after purchase, cancellations and refunds are handled as follows:

• You may request cancellation before work has started.
• Once the questionnaire has been returned, photographs have been supplied, or creative work has begun, the order is non-refundable except where required by law.
• One proof and one round of reasonable corrections are included.
• Additional changes or substantial rewrites may incur an extra fee.
• If Pets in Detail is unable to complete the order, a full refund will be issued.
• Digital products cannot be returned after final delivery.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
